When a client shows you a floor plan, what happens next?
Dear learner,
Perhaps you already recognise directions, know several remedies and enjoy studying Vastu. You may have attended classes, watched lessons or started advising people.
Then someone places a real floor plan in front of you.

A useful consultation needs a connected answer to those questions. You need a starting point, a way to examine the information and a reason for the recommendation you make.
That is the skill I want you to develop through MVDE.
The purpose is to help you organise your knowledge into a method you can apply, explain and keep improving. And if you want to consult professionally, we also address how you present that work, attract suitable enquiries and guide a client conversation.
Give your learning a clear sequence
It is easy to accumulate lessons faster than you can connect them.
You learn about a direction in one place, a remedy in another and a new interpretive layer somewhere else. When a property raises several questions at once, deciding where to begin can be difficult.
MVDE gives the study a sequence: establish the inputs, examine the property, identify the relevant layers, consider the evidence and explain the next step.
This is the practical value of an organised pathway. Your learning effort has a direction. You can see where a subject belongs and bring questions when the connection is unclear.

Understand the basis of what you are learning
A thoughtful Vastu assessment makes its reasoning visible. Which part is an observation? Which interpretation comes from a traditional teaching? Which is a modern practice or an MVDE application?
The Foundation approach asks you to identify the interpretive layer you are using. Directions, zones, Tattvas, Devtas and Astro-Vastu each need their own context. A classical attribution should be checked against its source; a contemporary remedy should be explained as such.
This habit helps you ask better questions and explain your recommendations with greater clarity.

A gridded floor plan gives you a structured starting point for Vastu assessment.
You learn to look at orientation, boundaries, entrances, room locations and the relationships between areas. You then connect those observations with information about condition and actual use.
A room marked “bedroom” may be used as an office. An opening on the drawing may have been closed. A renovation may have changed the boundary or circulation. Learning to verify these details is part of developing a more dependable assessment.
The method asks you to work through:
- Location: Where is the feature on the verified plan?
- Condition: What is physically present, open, damaged, heavy, wet or in movement?
- Actual use: How do people use that part of the property today?
- Interpretation: Which Vastu layer are you applying, and what is its basis?
- Evidence: What supports your reading, and what still needs checking?
- Next step: What should be clarified, corrected, protected or observed first?
The learning goal is a reasoned Vastu assessment. Its reliability depends on correct inputs, sound judgment and practice.

01A solid boundary and fixed storage
Examine the load, condition and actual use. What is present, and what needs checking before interpreting it?
02An entrance with frequent movement
Look at the opening, access and everyday circulation. The mapped location is the same; the activity is different.
03Dampness or a water-related issue
Identify the physical cause and repair needs first. A symbolic remedy cannot establish or repair the cause of a leak.
04A cut, alteration or uncertain outline
Verify the drawing and the relevant boundary. An uncertain plan needs clarification before a confident interpretation.
