A useful review explains how the available information leads to a finding. MVDE is Ashish Kapoor’s framework for considering Vastu in the context of the property and the owner’s question.
DIAGNOSIS BEFORE REMEDIES
Establish the property boundary, drawings, dimensions and orientation reference. Identify current conditions or intended use.
Apply the relevant directional, zone or other Vastu framework. State what is being used and what the inputs can support.
Explain supportive choices, concerns and unresolved questions. Consider the owner’s requirements and constraints.
Bring the observations, reasoning and recommendations into a written record with a defined next step.
THE QUESTIONS BEHIND A FINDING
The location is one part of the reading. The condition, actual use and basis of the interpretation also need to be clear.
AN EXAMPLE OF THE REASONING
When a site plan and a floor drawing disagree about north, the responsible next step is to reconcile the reference before relying on zone mapping.
This illustrative note shows how an unresolved input can be made visible in a review. It is not a client case or a completed diagnosis.

TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, STATED CLEARLY
MVDE draws on Vastu concepts including directions, zones, tattvas and Devta frameworks. Relevant layers are selected for the property and question under review.
Classical teaching, modern practice and MVDE synthesis are distinguished. A measurement describes the property; an interpretation explains how it is read within a particular framework.
The Scientific Vastu™ is the name of the practice. It reflects an emphasis on defined inputs, recorded observations and explained reasoning. The name itself does not establish scientific validation of traditional predictions.
Astro-Vastu, timing and further corrective methods may be considered when relevant and agreed. Your horoscope is not needed for the initial property enquiry.

The relevant layers are selected for the property and agreed scope. A longer list of techniques does not, by itself, explain a finding.
The findings should make clear what is being considered and why. Technical terms are explained where they are useful to that understanding.
The uncertainty and its consequence for the assessment are recorded. The next step may be verification before a recommendation is made.
It is not required for the initial property enquiry. Where Astro-Vastu is relevant and agreed, its data requirements and interpretive scope are considered separately.
