A CONSIDERED START
Different advice?
Start with a
shared understanding.
You may have received conflicting recommendations, installed remedies already or be considering changes to an occupied home.
The review starts with your question and the property as a whole: the plan and orientation, relevant physical conditions, how the rooms are used and what interventions are already present.
We establish what can be assessed from the available information and what needs further verification. The first useful step may be to clarify an input.
What to share first
- Your city and property type.
- How the property is currently used.
- The question or decision you want reviewed.
- Whether current plans and orientation information are available.
- Existing changes or remedies, and why they were introduced.
Mention anything that is uncertain. Detailed plans, photographs and observations can follow once the required information and sharing arrangements are clear.

READING THE PROPERTY IN CONTEXT
The drawing says
“guest bedroom.”
Life says “office.”
Illustrative example · not a client case
- The drawing
- A room is labelled as a guest bedroom.
- Its actual use
- The owner works there every day.
- The review question
- Which conditions and activities need to be understood before interpreting that space?
- The next step
- Record the present use and reconcile any differences between the plan, photographs and description.
A room label is useful information. The recommendation also needs the context.

AFTER THE ASSESSMENT
Choose further work
with the findings clear.
The diagnosis may identify something to retain, an input to verify or a condition to consider for correction.
Detailed remedy choices, placement, implementation and follow-up are separately scoped where appropriate. The assessment does not commit you to a remedy purchase.
Property measurements and traditional interpretations are distinguished. A Vastu reading alone does not establish the cause of a medical, financial or personal problem.
Ashish Kapoor is the founder of The Scientific Vastu™ and creator of the MVDE Method. His approach places diagnosis before remedies, with the reasoning behind recommendations explained.

BEFORE WE REVIEW
Existing-property
questions.
What should I share first?
Your city, property type, current situation and the reason for the review. Detailed plans, observations and photographs can follow once their purpose is clear.
I already have remedies installed. Should I remove them?
Include them in the review information and explain why they were installed. Removal or alteration is considered in context after assessment.
Can an online consultation assess my property?
An online review depends on adequate plans, directional information and evidence of current conditions. If something needs further verification or a site visit, that requirement is identified when defining or conducting the scope.
Does the diagnosis include remedies and implementation?
The diagnosis covers the agreed assessment and findings. Detailed correction choices, placement instructions, purchases and follow-up are separately scoped where appropriate.
Can every property be addressed without demolition?
That depends on the property and the finding. Where suitable, reversible options can be considered. Any significant physical intervention needs an assessment of feasibility and the relevant professional input.
Does Vastu diagnosis establish the cause of a health, financial or personal problem?
A Vastu interpretation alone does not establish that the property caused a life event or condition. The review explains its observations and interpretive basis; it does not guarantee health, financial or personal outcomes.
Can you assess an office or another type of property?
Tell us the type, location and purpose of the assessment. Suitability and scope are considered for the specific property.
How are fees and follow-up agreed?
The fee, outputs, delivery arrangements and any further consultation are documented for your scope before paid work begins.
