Vastu Consultation in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR and Online Across India

Choose a consultation format around your property, its stage and the information needed for a meaningful review.

The Scientific Vastu is based in Gurgaon and works with clients in Delhi NCR and through online consultations across India. The right way to review your home depends on its stage, the information available and what needs to be verified. Site visits and further verification are agreed for the individual property.

If you are searching for a Vastu consultant in your city, start with two questions: can this practitioner address my property’s needs, and how will the necessary information be established? Proximity can help with access. A clear assessment process helps you understand what that access must achieve.

Your city shapes the arrangements. Your property shapes the assessment.

Gurgaon, Delhi NCR and online across India

Discuss the property and access

Share the location, property type, stage and decision ahead. We clarify the required inputs and whether a site visit or further verification should form part of the engagement. Availability, access and travel arrangements need to be agreed.

ONLINE · ACROSS INDIA

Establish the information first

Begin with current plans, their orientation basis and a description of actual or intended use. Photos and further observations may be requested for the agreed assessment. We identify what can be reviewed remotely and what needs additional verification.

These are service arrangements, not a list of branch offices. We do not ask you to assume that a local visit is included merely because a city falls within the service area. Confirm the format, included work and any travel component in the proposal.

When can an online Vastu consultation be useful?

A remote review can be useful when the relevant property information can be established clearly: the current layout, dimensions, orientation, uses and questions. It also gives a family a way to discuss a proposed home while the drawings remain open to revision.

“Online” describes how we communicate. It does not settle the quality of the inputs. An outdated plan, an unexplained north arrow or a photograph without location context can leave important questions unanswered. Those gaps should be identified before detailed recommendations are treated as ready to implement.

For an occupied home, the drawing and the present arrangement need to agree. For a proposed home, separate what is approved, what is tentative and what has already been built. This makes the review useful to the decision you actually face.

What might require a site visit or further verification?

The need may arise when the current arrangement is unclear, orientation information conflicts, a relevant condition cannot be understood remotely or the agreed work includes an on-site component. The review should state which questions remain open and how they can be resolved.

A visit also needs a defined purpose: what will be observed, who will provide access and which areas are included? Neither remote communication nor physical attendance automatically establishes the cause of a personal problem.

Choose the service by property stage

Home planning before construction

The Private Blueprint Review considers proposed layout, orientation and intended room uses. Share the current drawing versions and the choices still open. Tell us if an architect or family representative needs to join the discussion; participation and revised-plan reviews are included when agreed.

For a home already under construction, describe what has been completed. A useful brief distinguishes changeable drawings from built conditions and asks what can responsibly be considered at the present stage.

An existing or occupied property

Property Vastu Diagnosis begins with the home as it is used today. The agreed assessment covers the information basis, relevant mapped views, explained priorities and a written next step. Previous changes and remedies form part of the context.

Detailed correction, remedy selection, implementation and follow-up are separately scoped where appropriate. You can discuss the assessment before committing to further work or a product purchase.

What to prepare from any city

Your first message does not need a full document pack. Begin with enough context to define a useful conversation:

  1. Location and property type: your city and whether the review concerns a flat, independent home or another residential arrangement.
  2. Stage: planning, under construction or occupied, with the next decision and any genuine deadline.
  3. Available information: whether you have current dimensioned site and floor plans and how their orientation was established.
  4. Use and changes: how the spaces are used, changes since the drawings and existing remedies you want considered.
  5. Decision-making and access: whether you are the owner or authorised representative, who should participate and any relevant access constraints.

Detailed plans and photographs can follow once the required inputs and sharing arrangements are clear. Avoid sending unrelated identity documents or private family information to explain a basic property enquiry.

Two cities, two different information needs

Illustrative situations · not documented client cases

A family planning a home outside Delhi NCR has current drawings and an architect who can explain their orientation. Its immediate question concerns a layout decision. The first discussion can establish the review scope and the information needed for that proposed design.

A Gurgaon homeowner has a plan that predates several alterations and wants existing remedies assessed. Despite being nearby, this home needs its current arrangement reconciled before the mapped interpretation is relied upon. Additional observations or a visit may need to be agreed.

The practical lesson is to match the method of gathering information to the property. Location affects coordination; it does not replace the evidence needed for a recommendation.

Questions about location and delivery

Can I enquire if my city is not named?

Yes. Online consultations across India are part of the current practice. Share your city and brief so we can assess the appropriate scope and information requirements. On-site work outside Delhi NCR requires a separate availability and travel discussion.

Are fees the same for online and on-site work?

Confirm the current fee for your actual scope. Included areas, outputs, additional verification and agreed travel can affect the proposal. This guide does not publish an unconfirmed price or fixed delivery time.

Will I need to change the structure?

An assessment begins by understanding the property. It does not predetermine demolition or guarantee that every concern can be handled without alteration. Any proposed structural work needs the relevant professional review.

How do I compare consultants offering different formats?

Compare the information they require, the outputs they provide and how they handle uncertainty and further work. Our guide to choosing a Vastu consultant gives seven questions you can use before agreeing an engagement.

Tell us where the property is—and what needs deciding

Start with your city, property stage and reason for the review. We can clarify the relevant service, required information, format and fee. For an existing home, ask about Property Vastu Diagnosis; for a home still being designed, mention your planning-stage decision.
