Enquiry and privacy information

Start with your name, broad property location, property type, project role and the decision or question you would like reviewed. Detailed plans and any further information can follow when their purpose is clear.

The enquiry page prepares a message for you to review. When you continue, the message details are passed to WhatsApp to prepare the chat. Tap Send in WhatsApp to contact The Scientific Vastu™.

Review the message before sending it and remove details you do not wish to include. WhatsApp handles use of its service under its own policies.

When a “Send my enquiry” form is available, submitting it sends your name, contact details, city, service interest and short question to TSV’s private Google Sheets CRM through our website and a Google-hosted connection. We confirm receipt only after the CRM acknowledges the record. We use it to assess your enquiry, reply and manage follow-up. It does not book an appointment, enrol you on a course or give marketing permission.

The form requires your permission to reply. You may separately choose to include available referral and campaign information. If you decline that optional choice, the saved source is recorded as unknown. A temporary submission reference is stored in your browser tab to help prevent duplicate submissions; your typed contact details are not stored in browser storage by this form.

If receipt cannot be confirmed, keep the same reference and retry, or contact us on WhatsApp. Do not send private plans, birth details or sensitive concerns through this short form.

We ask before loading optional Google Analytics or Meta advertising measurement. They have separate choices. Both are off until you choose them, and enquiries and WhatsApp remain available if you decline. Open “Measurement choices” in the footer to change or withdraw a choice. A choice is remembered on this device for up to six months; clearing browser storage may prompt you again.

Where enabled and permitted, Google Analytics measures visits, WhatsApp clicks, form starts and newly acknowledged website enquiries. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our analytics configuration.

Where enabled and permitted, Meta Pixel measures eligible public-page visits, service-page views, WhatsApp clicks, form starts and newly acknowledged website enquiries. Meta can receive browser, device, network and cookie information and use it to measure and improve advertising. This is not anonymous measurement. Meta’s Privacy Policy explains its processing.

Our custom events do not include your name, phone number, email address, birth details, private plans, typed answers or prepared WhatsApp messages. We do not use customer contact details for Meta’s advanced matching. A WhatsApp click is a click, not a received message; a website Lead event requires a confirmed new enquiry. Qualification, appointments and payments are not inferred from browsing.

Advertising measurement is limited to selected public pages and safe referral contexts. After advertising consent, query strings and fragments are removed from the page address before the Pixel loads; permitted source context already collected for your enquiry can still be included if you separately choose it on the form. This privacy safeguard can reduce advertising attribution. We honour a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising measurement off.

With analytics permission, eligible page and referral context may be remembered during the browser session. Enquiry-source sharing is a separate form choice. Campaign and referral information can be incomplete and is not proof of what caused an enquiry. Withdrawing stops our future optional event calls and removes accessible first-party measurement cookies; it does not recall data already sent or control cookies on Meta’s own domains.

We use the information you send to understand the enquiry, assess the relevant service and discuss scope or next steps. Where an engagement proceeds, the required property information and sharing arrangements are discussed for that work.

When a scheduling link is shared with you, booking takes place through Calendly. Review the event details before confirming. Calendly handles information entered into its service under its own policies.
